Timesheet Questions
How will I be paid?
You will be paid directly into your designated bank/building Society account
When does my timesheet(s) need to reach Payroll Department
Timesheets received on or before the required deadline are paid a week in arrears How do I know if my time-sheet has been received successfully?. We will send you an SMS message once the timesheet has been processed, this will usually be between 12 to 24 hours of receipt of your faxed timesheet.
Will I get paid if my timesheet is incorrectly completed?
No. Any timesheet that is incorrectly completed will be returned to you. Payment will only be made when we receive a correctly completed timesheet.
What happens if I change my bank/building society?
You must inform Payroll Department as soon as possible so that your pay will be paid into the correct new account.

Our headquarters is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m, Fridays we are open from 08:30 am to 14:30pm.
