Nurses or Carers wishing to join us have to complete the relevant applicaiton. Our recruitment process will include a personal interview as well as checks for the following: professional registration, qualifications, work experience and competencies and Criminal Records Bureau Discloures. This is necessiated with the nature of services we provide to our clients

Below we have summaried our step by step normal recruitment process:

An Overview of our Recruitment Process:


Recruitment Stage one

Intial contact with our recruitment team either by phone or by email. An interview will be booked at your convient time. An interview confirmation letter is sent including CRB form and a CRB fee should be paid at the interview.


Recruitment Stage two

You will be interviewed by a specially trained manager in this case a registered general nurse. After the interview your application is processed and at least 2 referees are contacted and all the necessary references obtained.


Recruitment Stage three

All the necessary checks are obatined these include occupational health, NMC registration, manual handling training, CRB disclosure, etc. You will be notified of your success on registration and you will automatically be included on our company database.
